a) Email addresses submitted in forms. When you request a guide, ebook, or educational material, we collect your email address solely to deliver the requested material and, if you opt in, send educational and wellbeing newsletters. b) Interactive self-assessment tools (Attachment Style Test, Ikigai Test, Wheel of Life, Breathing Exercise, and others). The answers, scores, and text you enter into our interactive tools are processed locally inside your browser and are never stored on our servers without explicit action. If you choose to receive a summary guide by email, only the overall score band is associated with your request for contextual guidance.

c) Browsing metrics. We use privacy-conscious analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization) to measure aggregate website performance (page views, traffic sources, device types). This data is never used to personally identify you.

3. Sensitive Data
